Therefore, many manufacturers are troubled by waterproof inspection. Many uncontrollable factors hinder the work of waterproof inspection. effectiveness. The waterproof ability of lamps is usually expressed by IP waterproof grade, which means as follows:

IP XX is the method of indicating the waterproof detection level, which is composed of two feature codes. The first feature code indicates the protection level to prevent solid foreign objects from entering, and the second feature code indicates the protection level against water ingress. IP65 is dust-tight (no dust ingress) ) And water spray prevention (water spraying in all directions of the shell has no harmful effects), and can completely prevent dust from entering. When subjected to violent waves or strong water sprays, the water intake of the appliance should not have harmful effects. Lamp waterproof detector test tooling

The mainstream waterproof testing of lamps and lanterns is to use Xili SLA air tightness tester for testing. The test details are as follows:

  2. Connect the test interface of the waterproof test equipment to the tool.
  3. Set the corresponding parameters, such as inflation pressure, inflation time, test pressure, stabilization time, test time, exhaust time and other necessary parameters.
  4. Put the lamp in the airtight tooling, start the waterproof detector to test, and record the leakage value. Need to test multiple phone cases.
  5. Determine the waterproof level of the luminaire (such as IP66 waterproof test level), put the tested luminaire into the IP66 waterproof level waterproof test environment for testing, and find out the maximum allowable leakage value of the luminaire, which is the critical point.
  6. Enter the leakage value into the position of the maximum allowable leakage value of the waterproof tester
  7. Then you can perform batch waterproof testing of lamps. If you need to perform waterproof testing of multiple lamps at the same time, you can choose multi-channel waterproof testing equipment.

The detection principle is to make a relatively sealed tooling, then put the lamp in the tooling, and then inflate or pump the tooling through the waterproof detector. Then the air pressure change in the test tool can get the IP waterproof level according to the air pressure difference. If the lamp has an inflation port, you can directly use the quick connector to perform the inflation detection of the lamp.
